Swift Worldwide Resources recruits for Oil and Gas multinational company for work as:

SENIOR CONSULTANT SUPPLY CHAIN - Capital Projects
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Responsible for procurement within specific field development projects, including:

ü Analyze supply and demand for specific categories, develop Procurement strategy for Projects; lead and coordinate processes to establish agreements, including prepare strategy, qualify tenderers, prepare tender packages and evaluation procedures, perform bid evaluation and make recommendation for approval.

ü Support company's representative in managing awarded agreements.

ü Support global category management strategies with local market inputs.

ü Negotiate and prepare variation orders, amendments, cancellation or termination of agreements.

Candidates must have:

ü Fluency in English, both oral and written.

ü Strong experience in offshore oil & gas field development projects, within Procurement and Contract management functions, from preparation of procurement strategies to contract close-outs.

ü Additional sales or commercial experience in this industry will be considered a plus.

ü Experience in preparation and management of relevant EPC contracts.

ü University degree, preferable in Engineering.

ü Good network in Oil & Gas contractor market in Brazil.

ü Overall good understanding of the Brazilian regulatory framework (including taxation and Local Content).

ü Good communication and negotiation skills.
